Introduction and Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and th777 ("th777", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the th777 website at th777.cam and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, crash games, and related promotional features. By creating an account, logging in, or placing a wager on the th777 platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account.
• You must provide a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh that you personally own and control.
• You may not register an account on behalf of another person or allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number.
• Players who are employees, directors, or agents of th777, or immediate family members of the same, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

th777 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account at our sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that information provided is inaccurate, that the player is under 21 years of age, or that continued account operation poses a risk of harm to the player or to the integrity of the platform.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

th777 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, less any applicable processing fees.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits published on the platform at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. th777 may request government-issued identity documents before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.

• th777 charges no platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. Payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are outside th777's control.

th777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. Funds associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will be forfeited in their entirety.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

th777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A player may only claim the welcome bonus once, regardless of whether a second account is created.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

The outcome of each game is determined by the game provider's certified RNG engine and is not influenced by th777. By playing any game on th777, you accept the rules of that game as specified by its provider.

• In the event of a game malfunction, network disconnection, or technical error during an active game round, th777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings arising from game malfunctions will not be paid.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Players found to have engaged in this behaviour will have their accounts suspended and any winnings from such activity will be forfeited.
• th777 prohibits the use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that mimics or replaces human decision-making during gameplay. Accounts detected using such tools will be immediately suspended.
• Collusion between players — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or table games, or coordinating wagers to guarantee bonus extraction — is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

6. Responsible Gaming

th777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The platform provides the following tools, all of which are accessible directly from account settings without contacting support:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time-out: players may set a maximum gaming session duration after which they will be automatically logged out and must wait before a new session can begin.
• Cooling-off period: players may request a short-term break from the platform of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, the account remains active but all wagering functionality is suspended.

• The player breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibition on multiple accounts.

Upon account closure for cause, any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits remaining in the account will be forfeited. Real-money balances not associated with active bonus wagering requirements will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. th777 will make reasonable efforts to return legitimate, uncontested player funds following the conclusion of any investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the th777 service, whether or not caused by th777's negligence.
• Losses arising from reliance on information contained on the th777 platform, including odds, game descriptions, promotional terms, or balance figures displayed due to a technical error.
• Any loss or damage to your device, data, or software resulting from your access to or use of the th777 platform, including any damage caused by viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material that may infect your device through the platform.
